After you purchase a gift card, you will receive an automated email confirmation that will be followed by a separate email with a PDF of your purchased voucher. You can either print it out and hand it to your special people or email it to them.

Terms and conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products at lunch or dinner time for dining in at So Restaurant. They cannot be used for shopping online of UK wide delivery items.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry.
Change is not given.
