A perfect companion for traditional Japanese casserole dishes seasoned with soy sauce, sake, mirin. Delightful with our grilled yakitori chicken ju, grilled eel, miso marinated black cod, to name a few.
Keep refrigerated after purchase and serve at room temperature or slightly warmed to around 40-45 degrees.
