Unagi eel is prepared on a custom made yogan-yaki grill and cooked over volcanic rocks imported from Mt. Fuji. Served on a bed of rice and a drizzle of So special kabayaki sauce.  Topped with fragrant sansho pepper.

Add a bowl of miso soup for a complete meal!

Heating Instructions

Please keep refrigerated until time to eat and reheat by either one of the below methods.

  • Pierce a few holes in package or cut off a corner and microwave for 1,2 minutes

or

  • Take unopened package and sink completely in boiling water. Stop heat and warm for 3,4 minutes.
