Unagi eel is prepared on a custom made yogan-yaki grill and cooked over volcanic rocks imported from Mt. Fuji. Best served on a bed of rice with a drizzle of So special kabayaki sauce, and sprinkle some fragrant sansho pepper. Rice is not included.

- Please keep package refrigerated and consume within 7 days
- Limited sets available, early booking is advised

Please keep refrigerated until time to eat and reheat by either one of the below methods.
- Pierce a few holes in package or cut off a corner and microwave for 1,2 minutes
or
- Take unopened package and sink completely in boiling water. Stop heat and warm for 3,4 minutes.
