Ochazuke is a popular Japanese rice dish, often times eaten after drinking sake with otsumami, to complete a satisfying meal.

- Sesame seeds and Nori seaweed topping, vacuum sealed
- A selection of Japanese tsukemono pickles, vacuum sealed

Serving Suggestion
- Brew the Japanese green tea. Pour freshly boiled hot water over teabag and cover, steep for 2,3 minutes
- Place contents of salmon flakes on rice in bowl
- Pour over Japanese tea, sprinkle the nori seaweed and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy with Japanese tsukemono pickles!
Ochazuke is even nicer without clumps of rice. We advise to wash and drain the rice in water before step 2.

お召し上がり方
パックの塩鮭をご飯にのせ、緑茶を注ぎ、きざみ海苔と胡麻を載せてお召し上がりください。ご飯は、予めザルに入れ水で洗っておくとサラサラに仕上がります。

- 冷凍保存も可能(賞味期限内に冷凍してください)
- 解凍後は、上記方法でお召し上がりください
